VI THE LETTER KILLETH

Toughness has never helped
a man. The devil appears
With comrades on the desert
and bodiless, took too
the sesent sand and robbed
On thin air to become a
man And fair multitudes
of his host; having
reddening irises
Married too children of men
With ninety-nine fringes too,
Came the babes as tall
as them.
