Winter Star

Was it a winter star that lit the sky?
Wind and mist all around but a distant light persist.
A light so very strong, it showed the whole night long.
Angels capture the light to become a beacon of the night.
I walk the icy Kingdom within the walls, dusted by the new snowfall.
Moonbeams of present glow will shift in a transit glow.
The winter star brought the light where midnight stands.
A Cosmic stage grew by the hour, as light omits a delightful power.
The darkest night before the dawn has found its rightful stay.
A greater star of the day has softly tucked the winter star to sleep.
A warming light brings forth the sun's golden rays.
In distant sky's a winter star silently weeps.
