Billy's Discovery
A piece of a ship washes ashore.
Young Billy finds a part of the ancient time to restore.
He takes his discovery to the museum of history.
The artifact was a mystery
His remnant was dated 1700s category.
It would prove to be an intriguing story.
A ship from France sailed these mighty waters.
A ship that held the royal sons and daughters.
Billy wondered was it an old-time family vacation.
Perhaps an old-time attempt of relocation.
Billy's imagination went wild, but his temperament was mild.
So he searched for answers, with no avail.
He just knew long ago a ship of this family took sail.
What happened to bring this journey to fail?
Perhaps it did not fail it was only Billy's deduction of a whale of a tale.
