Mistrusted
Many youth not only feel
Misunderstood by society but
They also feel mistrusted by
Those who love them,
Many youth feel mistrusted by
Those who care about them and
Many of their friends feel
Mistrusted as well,
The youth who feel mistrusted
Need mentors who have been
Where they are,
They youth who feel misunderstood
Need mentors who are also
Misunderstood by those who
Have gone before them,
Many youth feel mistrusted
And many youth feel mistrusted,
The youth who feel mistrusted
and misunderstood need mentors
Who have been in their shoes to
Help them be better than they are.
Misunderstood by society but
They also feel mistrusted by
Those who love them,
Many youth feel mistrusted by
Those who care about them and
Many of their friends feel
Mistrusted as well,
The youth who feel mistrusted
Need mentors who have been
