Petes Poetry
Brick Wall
The super Jesus, who could never believe in himself.
For what most people take for granted, he sees as unattainable wealth.
The philosopher, the mathematician.
The poet, the bard, the art of composition.
The envy of many as they judge the judge.
Yet he's so stubbon, the will, they could never budge.
The ignorance, the sorrow, the fool who thought he was fooling the fools.
Tunnel vision, and words his cutting tools.
So inflexible, so blind, too proud to ask.
many an hour toiled, never to finish his task.
I need help, you need help, god help us all.
And to hell with the other side, as he built higher the brick wall.
So build and destroy, as he climbs his self made obstruction.
Mis-information, Mis- interpretation, Mis- apropriation, made Mr dysfunction.
