I thank God remembering you,
Within every prayer always;
Knowing that you will remain true,
Throughout all of your nights and days.
Because every prayer of mine,
For you have made my prayer with joy;
Making my life as so divine,
As impossible to destroy.
So, I have had made a request,
And included within my prayer;
That you will be doing your best,
Preaching the Gospel as you share.
All because of your partnership,
In the Gospel from the first day;
For you have been keeping a grip,
On the Word and never to stray.
Being confident as you speak,
Such a good work when Christ began;
Using the Word in need to seek,
The truth when God walked as a man.
You will perform until that day,
When seeing Jesus face to face;
Returning to take you away,
Has given you mercy and grace.
It is right for to feel this way,
Even as it is meeting you;
Knowing that soon a certain day,
We will bid this place adieu.
Because I hold you in my heart,
For being partakers of grace;
Through the Gospel that you impart,
Jesus Christ will come to embrace.
Both imprisoned for the Gospel,
Confirming of the Holy Word;
Broadcasting it to the people,
So that everyone has heard.
Because the Lord is my witness,
The affection of how I yearn;
Filled with the fruit of righteousness,
The wisdom and knowledge I learn.
