Softly
Softly danced along my path at
misty dawn, grateful with deep
gratification that my life was laid
out like a map to follow, helping
many who needed a voice to hear.
I cross my heart in grace, bringing
forth all I've done in life was for
a very special reason, a new life
of knowing, appearing into mind
all my very special ones, I've loved
helped, letting them find themselves
within, letting the light shine through
bringing God back, with faith
love, evolving, growing and living
just for the moment.
Seeds planted are never as beautiful
as the flowers could have been at first
As years pass flowers flourish, mingling
with earth's power to succeed, never
giving up.
(We must take baby steps till we realize
life always was a blessing..We only
had to search and grow.)
