I rejoice in the Lord greatly,
Now at length since you are revived;
Being righteously so stately,
Since your salvation has arrived.
You were indeed concerned for me,
But you had no possible chance;
Until the Lord helps you to see,
The eternal light when you advance.
Not that I speak about my need,
Because I learned to be content;
Never expecting for each deed,
When dealing in righteous intent.
I have learned the secret I face,
Confronted with hunger and thirst;
For I know the Lord will embrace,
In handling all my needs first.
For I can do all things through Him,
Because He is who strengthens me;
Assures me that things are not grim,
With the insight that helps me see.
Notwithstanding you have done well,
For you to share my affliction;
That picked me up from where I fell,
Rescuing me from my addiction.
The beginning of the Gospel,
You should already be aware;
About spreading it to the people,
Showing others, the Lord does care.
You sent me help for all my needs,
Not once but time and time again;
The nourishment the Gospel feeds,
Causes desire to obtain.
Not that I desire a gift,
Rather seek the fruit to abound;
As inspiration will uplift,
Making me in feeling spellbound.
I did receive payment in full,
As from the blood of Jesus Christ;
Making love as the golden rule,
Because He had been sacrificed.
God will supply every need,
Granting to riches in glory;
Guiding you a way to succeed,
Giving you supreme victory.
