Harry Sweeden. My life in verse.

The Hermit
I sit here alone and secluded
Hiding away from the world
Afraid of the bright lights shining upon me
Watching as the starlight unfolds…
Writing away on my laptop
Thinking of all I might say?
Wondering if the peace in my heart
Is peaceful because of today?
I have seen to much to be wishful
Suffered to much deep inside
I know of the evil that always sits watching
Experience has taught me no lies.
Now away from the heartless around me
Away from the fools who control
Sitting in darkness surrounded by silence
I am the person I know.
