When Storms Cease
When the storm comes crashing through the door
When there is no sunlight to restore
Let the wind sweep across the floor
We'll weather another wail once more.
Remember the smiles within our souls
When life crosses conflicting poles
We stand together today and tomorrow
The sunlight we can often borrow
When winds and rain forever cease
The moment will bring sweet release
To witness love's light increase
When storms rest in lasting peace
