Sing aloud daughter of Zion,
Exulting with all of your heart;
Singing like a roaring lion,
Unto His Word to impart.
For the Lord has taken away,
All of the judgments against you;
Since you promise no longer stray,
And all that you say will be true.
He has cleared away all your foes,
Your enemies no longer threat;
All you think He already knows,
Would constitute for you to fret.
King of Israel is the Lord,
Is in your midst and never fear;
If you remain in one accord,
Evil will never venture near.
On that day to come it shall be,
Let not your hands in growing weak;
For God will give insight to see,
Fearing not if things might look bleak.
The Lord your God is in your midst,
The mighty one is here to save;
He will slaughter if they have blitzed,
Survivors will become a slave.
The Lord will rejoice over you,
He will quiet you with his love;
He will make you that you construe;
All about the Kingdom above.
He will exult you with loud song,
Gather up all of those who mourn;
To celebrate where you belong,
Being as your place to sojourn.
Behold, at that time He will deal,
With any of your oppressors;
Ensuring they not lie or steal,
Repent from being transgressors.
He will give you praise also fame,
Throughout every land on earth;
As you continue to proclaim,
Of His Word showing its true worth.
