Focus on that bright green cross
Look at my nose as the light moves across
Just to highlight the back of your eye

I started to giglld she said oh no
Please dont blink til Itell you when
Or we' ll just have to start again
Her nose turned pink and then green
One of the prettiest noses i' d ever seen
So i looked at that, forgot to think
And at the wrong time did a blink
We started again and how i tried
Until finally they were satisfied
So i wandered back to my waiting room chair
And my vision slowly steadied as i sat yherr
When i was a child just for a Thank you treat
They would give you a badge and a sweet
For being brave amd really trying
