Efreet

In a hellish realm of destruction and flame,
A type of jinn is born, efreet by name.
Malevolent and vicious, steeped in magic,
Delighting in deeds vile and tragic.

Though related to genie and marid it's true,
Their wicked nature always shows through.
Their favorite form a tornado of ash and fire,
Spreading destruction until they tire.

Of Solomon and Mohammed tales are told,
Outwitting efreet to gain treasure and gold.
Solomon is said to have sealed many away,
Binding their evil till judgement day.

Beware, mortal, not all jinn grant wishes when released;
Freeing an efreet is like uncaging a beast!
