Heaven declares of His glory,
As the sky above proclaims;
That God gave us His story,
As a worshipper inflames.
Day to day we pour out speech,
Night to night knowledge reveals;
Giving insight as to reach,
Those who are having ordeals.
There is no speech nor a word,
A voice goes out through the earth;
Whose voice would never be heard,
Understood for all its worth.
Words to the end of the earth,
God sets a tent for the sun;
As the bride has given birth,
A new era has begun.
The bridegroom leaves His chamber,
Like a strong man having joy;
After six days of labor,
Satisfaction to employ.
Its rising is from the end,
Of Heaven hidden from heat;
The Law of God to transcend,
Making one to feel complete.
The Law of God is perfect,
Which is reviving the soul;
Testimony not reject,
For the Lord be in control.
The precepts of God are right,
Rejoicing the heart as pure;
As the eyes open to light,
Persevere as to endure.
The fear of the Lord is clean,
By enduring forever;
Resisting of what had been,
Since the faith will not sever.
Faith more desire than gold,
And sweeter than the honey;
Confidence to make one bold,
More worth than all the money.
So, let the words of my tongue,
Meditation of my heart;
Acceptable to be sung,
While your mind will impart.
