Poetic-Verses
A VISION OF DREAD
It was all blood; blood!
Like smashed flies,
Mangled in their blood
The carpenters, the masons, the lawyers,
Did share of it;
Pastors, doctors, nurses,
Oilers,
Laymen,
Hate and religion
Were in this crimson smash.
