Poetic-Verses
THE GOOD I WOULD
I'm not of realms where men but sweat
But long ago I found it same
A steady push against my will
That robbed me of Your blessed peace
And shun the tempter's army threats
Abd shun aswell his lies at you
And promises which are but vain
And live by Grace; twill be your strength
I'm crucified with Christ and live
And nothing of the world can move
The eyes that I focus on You
The gray thunder, the darkness, cant
I would I washed seven times until
I was like Naaman's brand new skin
Faultless and clean in every wit
Loved by the master, without sin
For souls that stumble off the road
There is a better place of hope
There is light, you don't have to grope
There is Wisdom, or should you mope
Capsize in blood a million times
And do it now a trillion times
So that your skin is fair and clean
So that your heart sparkles within.
