GLAD EXODUS
Blood-dripping feet but trooping out
They see the Pharaoh's face no more
A yawn, a sigh, a hunger deep
To ever smell upon the cheap
Infinite deal; my spark, enough
Grandness of glory in my will
Good days are here while I may se
The blessedness of every realm
Gladness of life; pulley of grief
Evanescent be the time I lift
Such weight away from o'er my heart
The grandness of my daily need
Surprise my widths, balance my dreams
A cool day's hush upon the winds
To sit beneath the juniper tree
I seek billows of peace on me.
One day but spells the end of it
In victory no one imagines
But wheels the King that once did scare
But where's the Egyptian tyrant men?
