Poetic-Verses

FATHER

His shoulder like a plank
She sits upon his chest:
"My child, what do you fear?
For life is but a plan
You'll talk to gods someday:
Life, dear, is a challenge
And you'll beat down their gusts
You'll chase them off your path
The pulse keeps beating "tick"
It tells of how a heart
Has been through all the wild
Challenges of the world."
