Prepare your mind for action, And being sober-minded; Scriptures gives you the traction, So that you are not blinded. Set your hope fully on grace, That was brought to you by Christ; His revelation to face, And never to be enticed. An obedient child, Does not conform to passions; Former lusts made you wild, Into immoral fashions. But He who called you holy, Be holy in your conduct; Holy in a way solely, Ensuring not to obstruct. Be holy because of the Lord, If you call Him as Father; And to be in one accord, Since Jesus is your Brother. He judges impartially, According to all your deeds; Conditioned as morally, As He caters to your needs. Knowing that you were ransomed, From the corruptible ways; As righteousness has blossomed, From anyone that obeys. For the precious blood of Christ, Like no blemish of a lamb; Given to be sacrificed Finds favor with the I Am. Known before the foundation, Manifested in these days; In giving us salvation, When in having righteous ways. For through Him are believers, As Christ was raised from the dead; For eternal life receivers, And into Heaven will be led.
