Rebuke me not with Your anger,
Nor discipline me with Your wrath;
This world has made me to languor,
As I walk through life on this path.

Be gracious unto me O Lord,
Heal me for I am languishing;
My bones are in need to be cured,
Every step is anguishing.

My soul too is greatly troubled,
But Your return will be how long?
My problems have nearly doubled,
Caused by things I have done wrong.

Turn O Lord, deliver my life,
Save me for the sake of Your love;
Rid of me the chaotic strife,
That has been plaguing me thereof.

For in death will have no remembrance,
Who will give you praise in the grave?
Yet life has been a hinderance,
Temptation has made me a slave.

I am weary with my moaning,
Every night a flood of tears;
My weeping is drenched with groaning,
Anxiety is full of fears.

My eyes waste away with the grief,
I grow weak because of my foes;
O God I please give some relief,
Steer me from the path that I chose.

Depart from me proles of evil,
For the Lord has heard my plea;
Go back, return to the devil,
So that the Lord delivers me.

The Lord has heard of what I plead,
For He has accepted my prayer;
With catering unto my need,
Showing of how much He does care.

All my enemies are guilty,
They shall turn back and put to shame;
As their lives have become silty,
The Word of the Lord I proclaim.
