On the Wings Of  A Bird

in being myself
I have failed
many times

sometimes looking at life
is like looking at clouds in the sky
nothing lasts
and sometimes there is grace in that
and other times
mostly sadness
but behind the clouds
and a dark night
is a blue sky

one day
perhaps,
I will be going there
and hopefully
I will be able to return
to visit those I love
on the wings of a bird
who has just descended
from the clouds.
