Whistling Northwinds gale
In winter's shades so pale
 Whipping through hills  and dale
Leaves now covered by the snow
Red fox frolics when playful winds blow
The heart of nature still flows
Jack frost smiles with an icy grin
When winter, walks right in
The song of winter begins
