At 502 (Hull Veterans Support Centre)

We're a close mob at the Centre
Like an extended family band
Always ready and willing to
Give each other a helping hand.
The humour is fantastic
With plenty of it  about,
Be prepared to take it
If you want to dish it out.

We've got all three Services,
For I'm not being sarky,
 Not all had the privilege
Of wearing the khaki.
With typical squaddie humour,
Gallons of  Rosie Lee,
And for those who prefer it
Big mugs of strong coffee.
Veterans Helping Veterans
That is the Centre's code
So brothers and sisters welcome,
Drop in to Beverley Road.

We've got all the crockery
So you  won't need your own cup,
But if  you're unlucky you might
Have to help us do the washing up.
Check us on the internet
We've got facebook and a site
So before you set off you can check
You've all the details right.
