Good Morning and Good Night Everybody
Good morning for it's a new day
Today is going to be a blessed day
When you wake, thank the Lord
The sun's rays will warm the day
It's a day of new beginnings
A new day of hope and love
A day to be happy and free
No worries to upset the day
Take time to enjoy the day
Enjoy the little moments of the day
Thank the Lord for a new day
Good morning it's a new day
New blessings come your way
New opportunities start today
The day has ended, it's time to rest
The moon and stars replaced the sun
Good night, now is the time to sleep
Close your eyes and dream away
Let pleasant dreams come your way
Do not worry for you are not alone
Take no fear for tomorrow is near
Rest your heads and close your eyes
Sleep tight while the night is here
Peace is here for the Lord is near
The sun will return when the day arrives
Have no fear for the Lord is here
