WINE AND GATES

Promises Among Sunshine (Wholly Yours...)

Wishes, we well
More mercy, then a body can count
Service we know, we ideal
With a snap of finger's, and marvel's pout

Works, in progress
Ready to live better than you
Strong and/or simple, a bless
Of world's worth, complimenting who

Which, of promises vanity
Taken well, sojourn's prodigy
Has the metal of courage, it's sanity
Patience with a care, forth liberty

When, the wind remembers us
True to sincere acts, we deliver
To utmost, daying the kind thus
Reality to adjust to a new light, forever?

Willingness, and the past due
To welcome judges and particular Jude
Preparing a subtle conscience for you
The rise and never fallen, beginning's of youth

Written for my father, Robert Allen Hilburn
