Go to the house of the Lord,
For as you seek Him to live;
Remaining in one accord,
Confess and He will forgive.
But do not seek in Bethel,
Enter not into Gilgal;
And stay away from Babel,
Where they have no rationale.
Gilgal is in exile,
Bethel shall come to nothing;
An immoral lifestyle,
Wrath that the Lord will bring.
Seek the Lord and you shall live,
Lest He breaks out like fire;
Quench it being a captive,
As the Lord does require.
He turns justice to wormwood,
Casts down righteousness to earth;
Do everything as should,
As He sees your total worth.
For Pleiades and Orion,
He made with the seven stars;
Bowing to honor Zion,
Other stars become pulsars.
He turns the shadow of death,
Bringing darkness into light;
Providing air for the breath,
The daytime to give us sight.
The darkness into morning,
Darkens the day into night;
As the storm without warning,
With lightning and thunder for fright.
He calls waters of the sea,
Pour them over the surface;
Waves tossed about fancy free,
And are calmed down by His grace.
For the Lord God is His name,
Tones the weak against the strong;
Because His Word does proclaim,
Destroys what does not belong.
