 Long ago when cards were made and wildflowers were in demand,
I placed those treasure in my Mother's hand
Year's passed by so fast,  the moment still last
I see her smile and caring ways, and recall the  special gatherings those days
A message of hope and faith comes to me this day
Recognizing it was'not what she would say, but the devotion she displayed
Always in my heart, her memory will stay
A part of life that brought comfort and eased a world of dismay
Happy Mother's Day
Light of your love is has shown the way
