UNFORGIVEN

~UNFORGIVEN~

It is so easy to say time will heal.
It is said that lost loved ones are
still alive in our memory and still
a part of our lives, how true it is.

She is there with me in my heart
and her memories are as fresh as
the day she departed this world.
I'll always love her in my heart.

There are no pictures of my Mum
hanging on the walls of my home.
I could never look at her picture
and not drown myself in the tears.

I carry her pictures in my mind
and the last one when I asked
her saying "Please forgive me
I gave you hard times, Mum."

I wish she could speak and say
"I forgive you my son" but she
was in deep pain, could not say
a single word and passed away.

I feel I am Unforgiven.
