Prison Of Passion
Prison Of Passion
Night after night she tosses
in fevered sleepless fit
Her nightly bed becomes
a lonely imprisoned pit
From restless sleep she awakes
and its always the same
This raging feeling inside
that drives her insane
Needing what she can not have
reaching for what is not there
The same ripping pain
that is a nightly affair
She falls on bended knee
asking for an end.
When will her passion
be free to ascend?
She has tasted the sweetness
She knows it awaits her arrival
Yet the lonely passion
has become her every nite vigil
How does she escape
what is internally held captive?
When will it all end?
When will her inner passion relive?
Appreciating what is freely given
Gives birth from absence
A passion that burns her very soul
and ingrained upon her essence
It reaches from her tortured body
into nothingness
while stirring a passion deep within
for simple togetherness.
Passion of living
Passion of unity
Passion of giving
Passion for eternity
She will struggle and fight
She will make it all happen
She will break free
of her Prison of Passion

ღ God asked me how long I planned on keeping you in my life.
I smiled and said...
How do I choose between always and forever...
But then I have found that's really not up to me... ღ
