 Sir Ricky's Inspirational Poetry Corner

My eyes will flow without ceasing,
Until the Lord in Heaven sees;
For what I see is not pleasing,
Immoral pleasures in the breeze.
My eyes are causing me such grief,
At the fate of all the daughters;
Having such sexual mischief,
As a bunch of adulterers.
I have been hunted like a bird,
Anyone who have been as foes;
Not believing what they have heard,
Of the things that God only knows.
They flung me down into the pit,
As they cast stones down upon me;
It is not my nature to quit,
Retreating in trying to flee.
Water flowing over my head,
I am lost calling on the Lord;
For I do not want to be dead,
Hoping that I am not ignored.
I call on the name of the Lord,
Down deep from the depths of the pit;
No longer can it be endured,
Out of the low dungeon not fit.
He has heard my voice of my plea,
Not to close His ear to my cry;
Awaiting to hear His decree,
Those who consider to defy.
The Lord had come near when I called,
As He told me that not to fear;
Even though I have been appalled,
It is comforting that He is near.
For He has taken up my cause,
The Lord has redeemed my life;
As He has cleansed all of my flaws,
Which also has eased of my strife.
He assured He will repay them,
Granting to the work of their hands;
Judgment pronouncing to condemn,
With wrath responds to their demands.
