Tamara Beryl Latham - The Poet

FRACTURED (Plastic Surgery Disasters)

Lines run deep,
like those left by shifting tectonic plates
or a jig-saw puzzle.

And lips colored shocking red
are overstuffed like plumped pillows.

Does she know
her numerous surgeries
make her look like a clown?
