Red roses for you I am sending along with a card
To bring happiness to you
Sorry I was a fool last night
But I feel kind of guilty
Because you drank so much and could not walk straight any more
I was the one who paid for the beers
I didn't realize that you had a drink problem
So the only way to express my feelings
And to say I am sorry
Was to send red roses along with a card
Written I am sorry for being a fool
I was too busy with myself
I didn't pay much attention to you
It was getting late
And I was getting tired also
So we went home
Walking
I can be glad that she doesn't drive
She doesn't have a license either
Or even a car
I don't know how she can afford to live
The next day the telephone ranged in the morning and it was her on the Telephone
She said I was trying to buy her with some red roses
And she even told me how cheap I was
Now I knew that she had hurt me so bad
I sad good bye on the telephone
I told her honestly to forget about me
She had used me badly and taken also advantage of me
What is next for me?
A crazy man
That didn't know what he knows now
And I know now that this thing makes me sick
Just thinking about it
