Everyone needs to be forgiven

If you are holding a grudge,
You need to let it go.
If your heart is pooled up in hate,
You need to let the hate drain out.

Clutching tightly to the painful past,
Prevents you from growing in the present,
Creating a twisted and wretched future.
For the one refusing to let go.

For no matter who you are,
No matter what you do,
No matter where you are from,
You MUST let it go.

Everyone needs to forgive to heal,
Everyone needs to be forgiven to sleep,
No matter if it will take you 10 seconds,
Or 10 whole years.

For those who have been wounded,
You will heal in time.
For those who bear battle scars,
You will become a legendary warrior.

For pain comes with love,
Love comes with trust.
And broken trust can lead to downfall,
Of a shattered soul.

For no matter who you are,
No matter what you do,
And no matter where you are from,
You NEED to let it all go.

As everyone needs to forgive to heal,
Everyone needs to be forgiven to sleep,
No matter if it will take you 10 seconds,
Or 10 long years.
