Poetry writing is a channel to pour what’s inside mind
especially at night ere I sleep or when I am alone
I can well express the emotion my heart wants to convey
that I let it out freely, be it sad or from yesterday’s memories.
As I jot down an allegorical verse usually in free style
in such tranquil moment, I feel satisfied, at peace and calm.
Poem helps me sort out the past and the lesson behind
encouraging me to create a more stable scenario of my life.
It is a part of my everyday living that I have pen and paper handy
wherever I am bringing them out as my brain becomes active
motivated or it recalls something.
My right hand starts to write, edit, rewrite, edit
then on to the final copy as I reach home.
Most notes I’ve written in the past were published in my own blog.
There are around 300 of them of which each visitor can read
and interact with by commenting.
Romantic poems, on friendship, about my canine companion
my bunny named Wilbur and so on.
No matter how busy I am or even if I were ill or down
I still continue writing my poem as it makes me whole
delighted, inspired and complete.
