Poetic-Verses

'' That Talent You Have Will Appeal ''

Your ability to write,
If you let it shine through,
Can bring on delight,
To the many and you,
Who's wrong and who's right,
Though it can cause ado,
Enjoy and write what you feel.

The stories you tell,
From beginning to end,
Will cast a spell,
Some may well commend,
In life's great cartel,
There'll be those you offend.
They can make your life an ordeal.

You'll never please all,
It's an impossible task,
If your poems enthral,
In glory you'll bask,
You must always stand tall,
Do not wear a mask,
Who you are, don't try to conceal!

Don't ever be deterred,
By what others say,
Let your soul be bared,
By doing it your way,
If you show your scared,
It's yourself you betray,
Life in itself is surreal.

Be it fiction or fact,
The story is yours,
Though it may be attacked,
Sincerity reassures,
How your readers react,
Will show it endures,
To the critic you must never kneel.

You are ready to go,
Your intentions are clear,
Soon your readers will know,
You're a true cavalier,
What your work will show,
Is if you persevere,
