 Sir Ricky's Inspirational Poetry Corner

Which angel did God ever say,
As His Son who He begotten;
His Father who He would obey,
And never will be forgotten.
Into the world brings the firstborn,
Let all the angels worship Him;
Thirty three years He will sojourn,
Suffrage from life that seems so grim.
He is to make the angel wind,
To minister flames of fire;
Maintaining to be disciplined,
Lured by no earthly desire.
For His throne shall be forever,
With His scepter of uprightness;
As His Kingdom shall not sever,
His glory shines with such brightness.
For you have loved in righteousness,
And have hated iniquity;
God anointed you with gladness,
That will last through infinity.
The Lord had laid the foundation,
Of the earth in the beginning;
Reserving for us salvation,
When confessing our sinning.
Heaven is the work of His hands,
Some will perish but you remain;
All of which through His voice commands,
Righteousness in you will sustain.
As a vesture you shall fold them,
Like a garment they shall be changed;
Those without faith God will condemn,
Departed from God be estranged.
The Son is sitting on the right,
Making His foes as a footstool;
The Father sees as a delight,
Under the foot is just a fool.
