When we fall in love our logic goes away
And from common sense our thoughts stray,
We act totally out of character hence
Our emotions play a part instead of sense.
Our actions are acted upon by what we feel
As being sensible here isn`t the real deal,
We do things because we want to do them
If you`ve ever been in love you can`t condemn.
So think of love as being like an hourglass
As through the glass the grains of sand pass,
So as love gradually fills up the heart
The brain empties and brain cells depart.
