Monitoring the attitudes/behaviors of peoples born on exactly or related birthdays (e.g all those born on 1st August 1981 or all those born on 1st August of any year) and allowing them evangelize themselves, pray for themselves or become prayer partners (not gossip or immorality partners), help themselves in a controlled way the world over. This method used in dealing with people by government, giving privileges, responsibilities, roles and tasks. Also called, Axle Help method.
