Random Ramblings from a Random Mind
Can't get my words right
Intoxicating blurs
Or maybe I'm just slurred
I can't get my words right
But I want to be heard
I want you so bad
I really really do
But I just can't get past everything
To finally reach you
Your so far away
Yet so extremely close
Maybe I'm just drunk
And talking to a ghost
Can you hear me yet
Can you hear me now
Can you grab my hand
And lead me out
Purge me of my doubts
Kiss away my fears
Make love to my mind
And embrace all my tears
I want to fall
I'm so tired of standing
But I've never been a cat
I'm not really good at landing
Intoxicating blurs
Or maybe I'm just slurred
I can't get my words right
But I want to be heard
