A dragon is a great and powerful beast,
From largest and fiercest to mildest and least.
Some fierce and cunning, others playful and shy,
From Jormungandr and Tiamat to this little guy.

All dragons hoard treasure, each to his own;
Some prefer precious metal, others gemstone.
Some guard knowledge, and books are their treasure;
Others prefer muic or art, beyond all measure.

Yet perhaps the rarest of all is the fey or fairy drake;
Living deep in sylvan woods or beside pristine lake.
Smallest and most playful of all dragonkind;
Guarding nature's beauty, from time out of mind.

Living in harmony with dryad, nymph, and unicorn;
Protecting nature's majesty from the moment they are born.
Gentle by nature, yet fierce when needs must be,
Those who ravish nature's beauty are often forced to fllee.

Like many of their kin, fairy drakes can be what size they will,
A fact few men realize, till the moment of the kill.
See the cute little fey dragon, see its playful smile;
Yet be gentle with his treasure, he hasn't eaten in awhile.
