RADIAL ECONOMICS II
This is a form of economy to be adopted soon by nations of the world. We can't charge people for everything! There is a distabilization already in the world economy that may cause a strain, leading to an "ECONOMIC WAR". Added to the fact that better and more services are coming into the world, people will only revolt if the present economic situation of charging for every service and product is not stopped. In radial economy, people are not charged for educational or informational and religious services and goods and services costing $2 or less, but only for entertainment and politics and those costing $2.1 and above. All such costs should be handled by the Government. Already, there is a strain caused by the present economics that may trigger a revolt or a global economic revolution or simply, reaction or discontent, also called ECONOMIC WAR OR ECONOMIC VIOLENCE. The only solution to this is to do the following:
1. DON'T CHARGE FOR BOOKS OR INFORMATION IN BLACK AND WHITE PRINT: Regardless of cover type (colored or not), Government should pay for the cost of all black and white books (excludes exercise books, jotters or photocopied material), pens and pencil and all learning materials and services not costing more than $2. Only colored books or books having colored pages, regardless of number of colored pages, should be charged.
2. ALL BLACK AND WHITE INTERNET SERVICE MATERIALS SHOULD BE ACCESSED FREE. The service should be paid for by the government.
3. ALL RADIO AND TV INFORMATION BOTHERING ON RELIGION AND ACADEMICS, APART FROM NEWS (WHETHER COLORED AS VIDEO OR PICTURE OR NOT), SHOULD BE FREE: Government should pay for the service.
4. ONLY ENTERTAINMENT AND POLITICAL INFORMATION SHOULD BE CHARGED: Individuals wanting such services should pay for them.
5. ALL ITEMS/ MACHINES/ EQUIPMENTS AND FOOD NOT EXCEEDING $2 SHOULD BE PAID FOR BY GOVERNMENT: People can only buy with their money, items costing more than $2. It does not matter the number of times a person needs such items, provided it is procured once in a day, food and items costing $2 or less are not to be sold at a cost: THEY SHOULD BE FREE.
6. SERVICES COSTING $2 OR LESS MUST BE FREE: All services costing $2 or less must be made free to all citizens of all countries, provided such services are required once in day by any individual.
This is the only way we can save the world or there may certainly be "a war of the poor and the rich" which will definitely be won by the poor who are a majority.
