I love and I long for, As my joy and my crown; Standing firm at the core, Christ never lets me down. I entreat to agree, The same mind as the Lord; Honoring His decree, Keeping in one accord. As a true companion, Helping women and men; For being in union, Now the same as back then. Preach with me the Gospel, About the book of life; Informing the people, But endure any strife. So rejoice in the Lord, Again I say rejoice; Never to be ignored, As you lift up your voice. Let your moderation, To be known unto all; For His declaration, He will not let you fall. For the Lord is at hand, Be careful of nothing; No matter the demand, Thoughts of everything. Prayer and supplication, With having thanksgiving; As communication, Pleading to keep living. For the peace of the Lord, Pass understanding; Keeps hearts in one accord, Endure the demanding. What is honorable, Whatever is just; That is commendable, In a God you can trust.
