There you go again

Damn it! There you go again!
Entering into my dreams at night.
I try to kick you out,
Yet your energy conquers the fight.
You catch me in your embrace,
Like a baited hook in water.
I flip and turn gasping for air,
The truness does not faulter.
How dare you open the door,
To my delusional slumbering head.
Poking at me like hungry beetles,
Stinging me with waking dread.
I thought I placed you away,
In a secret box of the past.
But you seem to find the opening,
And tear into my mind so fast.
Damn it! You keep breaking in!
You uninvited destructive guest!
Come on now! Let me go!
I need my peaceful nightly rest!
