You showed favor unto Your land, And You have restored the fortunes; Forgiving transgressions to stand, With sin of the true intentions. You have withdrawn all of Your wrath, You have turned off Your hot anger; Guiding me to the righteous path, Comforting me as to languor. Turn us to our salvation, Restoring us again O God; Put away Your indignation, Once again, we honor and laud. Will You be angry forever? Prolonged to all generations; Allow not the bonds to sever, And be our aspirations. Will You not revive us again, So that Your people may rejoice; Help us to prevent our sin, From being our only choice. Let the flow of Your steadfast love, As You grant us mercy and grace; Your salvation comes from above, For covering this holy place. Allow me to hear what You speak, For I know that You will speak peace; Because only You do I seek, Going forward let the past cease. Surely Your salvation is near, In order Your glory may dwell; So that the people who do fear, Will no longer try to rebel. Steadfast love and faithfulness meet, Morality and peace will kiss; All together they able to seat, Opening up in a new bliss. The truth will spring out of the earth, Righteousness looks down from the sky; For You will be bringing new birth, While watching the past to die.
