POOR FOOD
Have you ever come across these types of meals, the worst of which are picas: kernel and water, tapioca, "tuo masari" or rice concoction,corn pasta or moi-moi, "man power", unpurified, unrefined cow milk, chop bones or biscuit bones, etc? I used to know a particular make or poor brand of bread made with palm wine, and which was kneaded with the feet, while the bakers sweated heavily into the dough or pasta, which made me detest eating bread in my kid days. I hope you've heard that Nigerians started making bread with Potassium bromate, a highly corrosive reducing agent, which could eat up one's intestines or brain cells, recently, simply because Igbo men found it is sweet?
I used to have a Witchcraft friend or room mate whose God was his belly. And he'd detest and decry and warn me of, while taking time to differentiate between "rich" and "poor" Afang or Mellon soup. His contextual examination and differences always lay in the shade of the leaves or mellon, or how dead or burnt or dull they appeared after preparation, with the emphasis that they were made from old stock Mellon, leaf materials and particularly, dull and dirty or scummy, unrefined palm oil. "Kpomo", crickets, seasonal large abdomen ants, rats/ rodents, panicum maximum, hops, hay, vultures, round waterleafs, garri additional suppliment or natural earth pods or roots, "sipping" or "smoking" or "soaking" or "drinking" garri, etc are all poor foods which are prone to being heavily poisoned, demonized or manipulated. I was taught by my Inorganic Chemistry professor, that fruits or plants that grow at or around refuse dumps are deadly and should not be consumed, as they cause cancer, because they usually suck up from their roots, nutrients containing heavy metals like molybdenum, zinc, etc, which will "insist" to remain in their isolate, uncombined states, dislodge within cells in the human body, causing cancer or deterioration of body parts. Garri, a type of meal which is far safer if prepared with hot water, should never be consumed raw, as it is usually not well processed and contains cyanide, a terrible reducing agent, which sucks up the oxygen part of the aldehydes in tiny transparent visual rods in the eyeballs, called "rodopsins", leaving the reduced product mostly containing carbon and hydrogen or simply "ashes" in the eyeballs, which is responsible for cataract, blindness and related forms of visual impairmenet. Although I know this health situation is usually facilitated by witchcraft or is "plus something". The said garri or cassava or cassava dust, like I've always said, contains 77 isolates or components from the various atomic arrangements of substituted glucose and cellulose, which form various forms and patterns of starch molecules, suitable for developing, generating and creating energy both for domestic and industrial use. Have you ever come home before and found yourself bleeding? Chances are you were poisoned either by eating poor or nasty, demonized meals like foo foo, Akara, "white man pumpkin seeds", "hot leaf" or "utasi", tapioca, satanic moi-moi, Coco-yam porridge, or even "poor Mellon", "draw" or "Afang soup" or any of those foods made from satanic factories, by dirty or assuming witches or wizards, who neither adhere to safety standards, own a license and are monitored, and who must add demons or physical or spiritual poisons to consumables, and must of necessity stuff up both good products made from clean, certified factories and theirs, with demons or poisons, either as wholesalers, middle men, transporters and retailers.
