THE DUTCHESS OF ELKESEF PANEL OF HARLOTIDAÉ
The Dutchess of ELKESEF will be saddled with the responsibility of casting out demons, as an ability with a plus, arresting, summoning and casting out demons from or gainfully make to have a heart change or sincere change of disposition or occupation or destroy any harlot of any capacity, shade and dimension, scope, reasoning or operation: universal/ planetary (with earth focus), global, inter continental, continental, national, domestic/ local, street, premises, household, town, city, religious, professional, neighborhood, educational, legal, industrial, and all females involved in the POPULAR SOCIAL FREE TRADE (JUST MARRYING ANYBODY, FORCEFUL PACK-IN'S, COHABITION) OR ABNEQUERISM OR ABNEQUERISM ACTS (JUST HAVING SEX WITH ANYBODY OR ANIMAL OR PLANT AT THAT, ANY HOW, AND AT ANY PLACE THEY FEEL LIKE, AT ANYTIME, OR "SODOM SATISFACTION" OR "HUMPTY DID") etc, and all forms of Harlots or female persons with such tendencies or proven propensities, whether borne voicelessly out of frustration, desperation, poverty, survival, self trade or tradition, satanism, lust, aptitude, GENERATIONAL craze, roping, foolishness, power proof, aimless attainments, pegeantry, Spiritual problems or weaknesses HERETOFORE not reported and well diagnosed, guarded and solved in a habit school, lack of self control or "the female or woman power syndrome" or popular or bold or impunitive or imperative or expressional, untamed or secretive harlotry.
