Its early in the morning and i sit and write of you
Knowing that Jesus yearns to touch your very blues
As i sit this morning listening to the spirits sweet voice
I know He is beckoning you and giving you a choice
Dont worry my mothers for His love is deep
He protects you with His angels as you sweetly sleep
He loves you so very much
Oh how He wants to save you with His tender touch
So open your heart to Christ Almighty for He has paved the way
He died with arms wide open for you even when you stray
How He hung on the cross for you and i
So take precious Jesus and lift His name on high
