Do not live a life,
Filled with jealousy and hate,
It will cut like a knife,
Your insides will grate,
To avoid future strife,
It is never too late,
Today, let your new life begin.
Make peace not war,
And you will survive,
That which you abhor,
Never let it deprive,
Do ask, what for,
It will give you the drive,
To avoid the subject of sin.
When you make a mistake,
Know your own mind,
Any rules you may break,
Don't pretend you are blind,
Know the real from the fake,
They are both intertwined,
Learn which to throw in the bin.
When life isn't fair,
To avoid destitution,
Show that you care,
Seek out the solution,
You must always beware,
Those who seek retribution,
With evil, they have a twin.
Don't sell your soul,
It will cause aggravation,
If life's taking its toll,
Seek an explanation,
To remain in control,
Should be your vocation,
Sometimes you need a thick skin.
Whenever you lose,
Do it with grace,
It's for you to choose,
Just who you embrace,
By expressing these views,
That smile on your face,
Will show,
' You Know How To Win '
