Bless the Father of our Lord,
Who blesses us with Jesus Christ;
Spiritual blessings to afford,
His Son who had been sacrificed.
Spiritual blessings from Heaven,
Even as He chose us in Him;
In the foundation as given,
In love holy and blameless vim.
He predestined for adoption,
As being sons and daughters;
His will rids us of corruption,
Bathed in the baptismal waters.
The praise of His glorious grace,
In which He blesses us in love;
Accepting us with His embrace,
As it keeps flowing from above.
In Him that we have salvation,
Forgiveness from our trespass;
From His graceful donation,
Erasing what we would transgress.
For He has abounded toward us,
Lavished in wisdom and insight;
A continued prudence as thus,
Set forth in Christ by His delight.
Know the mystery of His will,
According to His good pleasure;
The fullness of time to instill,
To unite us with His treasure.
We obtain an inheritance,
According unto His purpose;
The works of His Omnipotence,
Influence your moral compass.
Your inheritance guaranteed,
As sealed through the Holy Spirit;
Your eternal life will succeed,
Given through your faith and merit.
