Plutocracy

Rule Britannia.
We used to rule the waves,
Now we just rule
Compliant  wage slaves.
I'm one on of the plutocracy
A position I deserve
One I'll use all my  guile
To fight for and preserve.
I pay the minimum of taxes
Thanks to my advisors stealth
And do all that I can to hoard
And concentrate my wealth

I use zero hour contracts
To keep my expenses down
For I'm an important employer
In the economy of this town.
We pay the minimum wage
To those that we employ
Use threat of redundancies
As a disciplinary ploy.
I operate  closed shop for
Unions are a thing I hate.
I despise those scroungers
That live  off the state.
I back  this New Victorian era
Back every turn of the screw
Keep the lower classes servile
That's what we Tories do.
I fly the Union Flag
Keep Nationalism to the fore
I'm a loyal  Patriot who
Keeps assets safe offshore.
And, come election time
It's gives me pleasure to note
How many of those fools
Will go  give us their vote.

Oh we keep them all servile
Keep them under the thumb
As we benevolently control
The blind, thick and dumb.
I sing Rule Britannia
And God Save The Queen
For I'm a loyal citizen and now
The most privileged I've ever been
Rule Britannia
We used to rule the waves
Now we just rule
Compliant  wage slaves.
